Changes regarding CafeStation:
- chat with customers (new Chat panel, Customer/Chat menu option and chat toolbar button)
- information about average session time in time limits balance report
- possibility to specify minimal recharge amount for charging rates
- possibility to use Recovery Module on server PC
- new Instant Recovery page in program settings where it's possible to select which computers should have recovery module installed

- new %CHARGE%, %BONUSTIMESEC% and %STARTTIMESEC% CafeAgent variables
- CafeAgent creates a CafeAgent.bat file in system folder, so that it's possible to execute it from command line
- prevented against killing own process
- renamed Miscellaneous page to Security page in client setup and rearranged options
